The intensification of foreign trade operations, as a significant component of the functioning of the global economic space, is accompanied by their transformation toward a higher degree of environmentalization. This is primarily driven by global trends in environmental development, and the necessity to shift toward environmentally-based principles of production and economic activity in general — as a natural consequence of implementing the concept of sustainable planetary development.

The article investigated the essence and parameters of the world economy ecologization. Its impact on the development of international economic relations is determined.

This paper is dedicated to investigation of regional vectors of influence of ecologization on development of international trade relations. It defines indicators characteristic of general conditions of economic, energy, demographical, and geographical development having impact on ecological specific features of functioning of regions and formation of their trade benchmarks.
