The modern global economic environment is developing in close interaction and interplay of its main components. This naturally and objectively contributes some contradictory trends related to the interaction of its subjects. Respectively, it was de- fined the nature and character of economic contradictions caused by the peculiarities of modern economic space. The article investigates financial instruments providing the international trade-and-ecological interaction. It is proved that the development of international trade cooperation is directly related to changes in environmental parameters of the world economy. This necessitates the formation of a unified mechanism for regulating ecologization of the world trade.

The article investigates the directions of the mechanism formation for ecologization of the world trade. As the main interrelated parts it was investigated international environmental standards, regulatory system to ensure trade and environmental cooperation, particular tools, which provide funding for environmental initiatives in this area. It was proved that a significant component of the total ecologization world trade mechanism is the regulation mechanism of its ecologic parameters. It was determined specific instruments for implementing the financial mechanism of the international trade relations ecologization. It was substantiated the system of measures necessary to coordinate of ecological and trade priorities of the global economy development.

In the article reasons for appearance of asymmetry of the world commodity markets ecologization are researched. The directions of manifestation of these processes and reasonable ways of reducing their impact on the ecological development of international trade cooperation are determined. Grounded the necessity of the use of tools to mitigate and reduce the impact of asymmetric waves in the development of ecological aspects of trade relations.

In the article the dominant dialectical interaction of ecologiz ation and world trade are research ed. It is demonstrated that the process of development of ecologization of global commodity markets are characterized by some dialectical effects, which ar e in general correlated with the main trends of the world economy as a whole. It is proved that in the terms of dialectical interact ion between ecologization and world trade it is important to develop the system of cooperation between all countries in the sphere of nature for the purpose of harmonization above all the nation al environmental norms and standards, grounding the common environmental initiatives considering the interests of the international community in the development of international trade interaction.
