Anastasiia Tsybuliak is a Ukrainian scientist, economist, and entrepreneur deeply committed to sustainable development and environmental advocacy. As the founder of Glossary Organic Products, she leads Ukraine’s largest e-commerce platform for certified organic products, championing eco-friendly practices and responsible consumption.
Her dedication to environmental education inspired the creation of the Glossary Eco Foundation, which focuses on raising awareness among Ukrainians about environmental issues and helping to restore the country’s ecological potential. Through the Foundation’s initiatives, she strives to elevate Ukraine’s environmental perspectives, paving the way for a sustainable future.
Anastasiia speaks five languages fluently: Ukrainian, English, French, Romanian and Russian.
Education
- In 2006, she graduated from the National Academy of Management and received two diplomas with honors: one in «Economics of Entrepreneurship» (Bachelor in Finance), and another in «Law» (Bachelor in Law) specialties.
- In 2008, she graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of International relations and received a Master’s degree with honors in the specialty «International relations» (International political scientist, English translator).
- In 2014, she completed a mini-MBA program at the British business school London School of Business and Finance.
- Participant in numerous international programs of the Young Investors Organization and business training sessions hosted by Ernst & Young.
- In 2023, she completed the YIO Future Family Accelerator leadership program at Stanford University PACS (USA).

Ph.D. in Political Sciences
In 2011, she completed postgraduate studies in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and received the degree of Ph.D. in Political Sciences with the specialty «Political problems of international systems and global development».
Doctor of Science in Economics
In 2020, she defended Doctoral Program in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, with research project «Ecology of world trade in the conditions of the transformation of global development».

The author of more than 90 scientific works in domestic and international publications on economic and political topics. A regular participant in scientific conferences and the author of articles on environmental issues.
Academic Roles and Teaching
Since 2014 she has served as an Associate Professor, and since 2021, as a Professor at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University. She teaches the «Theory of International Relations» and «International Economics» disciplines, as well as the author's course based on her own doctoral dissertation «Ecology of world trade in the conditions of the transformation of global development».

Anastasiia is an active public figure, eco-initiatives patron, and organizer of environmental public events in Ukraine.
Glossary Organic Products
In 2008, she founded the company Glossary Organic Products — the largest e-commerce platform in Ukraine for selling certified organic products. The company’s activities focus on implementing the principles of environmental and social responsibility, sustainable consumption, and mindful thinking. In 2011, Glossary Organic Products became the winner of the National Business Award “Choice of the Year” in Ukraine in the “Network of the Year” nomination.
Glossary Eco Foundation
In 2021, on Earth Day (April 22), she founded the Glossary Eco Foundation, with the main focus of its activities on promoting sustainable change and restoring the balance between humans and nature.
The Foundation’s activities cover several areas:
- Education for children
- Support for local farming enterprises
- Landscaping
- Promotion of sustainable tourism
The Foundation’s goals are:
- To draw the attention of Ukrainian and international communities to the importance and necessity of restoring Ukraine’s ecological potential
- To foster environmental awareness among Ukrainians
- To support government efforts towards the sustainable development of the country
In the spring of 2021, to mark Earth Day, she initiated the greening of the central flowerbed at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine. The goal of the campaign was to encourage Ukrainians to create similar spaces in their cities and take care of the environment.
In the summer of 2021, she launched the Glossary Sustainable Tourism initiative, aimed at developing the tourist potential of lesser-known places in Ukraine.
In the fall of 2021, together with the Glossary Eco Foundation, she founded the social eco-initiative Farms for City Children. The goal of the initiative is to introduce urban children to farm life to instill respect for the environment and labor, as well as to familiarize them with agriculture in Ukraine. The first guests of the educational initiative were the children from the “My Family” foster home.
Charity events
In 2021, she initiated a charity campaign to provide financial assistance to the doctors of the Kyiv Railway Transport Hospital No. 1 during the pandemic.
Humanitarian aid to Ukraine
After the russian invasion in February 2022, she organized a center to help Ukraine from abroad. The purpose of the organization is to collect and send humanitarian aid from Europe to Ukraine.
